Netmediauk Limited is a Limited company based in the UK and registered at companies house number 7775261 herein after referred to as 'Netmediauk' or 'Netmedia'.
'Classroom' is hereafter meaning: Wherever Netmediauk manages the internet marketing training.
'Client' 'Pupil' and 'Company' is pertaining to any business persons agreeing to attend a Netmediauk managed Online marketing training course.
'Operator'/'operators' refers to any outside company (not Netmediauk) whereby the client purchases services like domains and Hosting accounts.
Business activities
Netmediauk runs online marketing training courses for any sized business in the UK. The benefits being that having a blog site that clients own themselves and they can add new content as and when they can, will result in more exposure of their brand to the Internet.

Although every possible precaution is taken by the author of this website and any guest authors information we publish regarding the credibility, up to date information and accuracy of our content , we do not accept any liability for any damage, SEO rank loss, libel, or any claims caused as a result from acting upon information from this website.
Netmediauk Limited pedigree
Netmediauk and Netmediathailand have been online for 5 years and has 30 websites live and has at least ten websites on page one of google for keywords and website domain name.
Course location
1. Netmediauk will agree with a company to support a training programme for the clients needs agreed on the day. There will be a extra charge for using Netmediauk's office in Birkenhead Wirral, this will be agreed on the day.
2. Netmediauk is not responsible for client's travelling expenses to and from the Birkenhead Wirral office.
3. At Netmediauk's office in Birkenhead, water, tea and coffee , is available all day free, we have a restaurant and lunch each day will be provided.
4. Electricity and sockets will be available to pupils.
5. There is a large screen Television whereby pupils of the course can see presentations clearly.
6. Internet is provided free of charge.
7. Clients must bring their own laptops/computers.
8. A dinner hour will also be provided and two breaks for fifteen(15) minutes each
9. Our office has toilets and a strict health and safety programme including access to a lift and disabled toilet.
10. When using the clients address there must be a free self contained room enough for 4 people, accessible Internet, a free wall for projector screen, two sockets and electricity made available for up to two full working days of 8 hours per/day. Clients must bring and use their own laptops/computers.Netmediauk will provide projector.
Times
11. A minimum of 16 hours is needed for Netmediauk to teach effectively and set up all social media and Blog site and develop the pupils online skills. Usually this is a two day consecutive course. However Netmediauk recognises this is not always practical and can agree times to suit.
12. Smaller courses are available upon request. For example to purchase a domain, hosting, to develop one website, add social media and learn how to use the content management system is 4 hours.
Number of pupils
13. By sharing a course with one other paying company benefits the client(s) by cutting costs by 50% therefore:
14. Netmediauk will only accept a maximum of two (2) companies per/course, as this is deemed the maximum number to teach each client effectively. Netmediauk will teach up to two (2) members each from each company i.e. two (2) clients from one company i.e. four (4) persons maximum per/course.
Disclosure/property rights
15. Netmediauk will hand out a workbook to each individual and this workbook is for the sole use of the client. The information contained therein and any information given on the days of training then becomes the property of Netmediauk and the client only.
Expectations
16. Netmediauk makes every effort to teach and develop the pupils online media skills.
17. Each company can expect as a minimum:
18. A Blogsite complete with social media (Facebook,Twitter and Linkedin)
19. A Facebook page with welcome tabs
20. A Twitter account
21. A Linkedin companies page
22. One blog/article written by the client added and posted to all social media
23. Two full days of learning managing and developing your online marketing presence
24. Netmediauk will provide every company one 2 hour follow up training session at either location or a third party location at a mutually convenient time to answer any questions the pupils may have and to correct or add anything they may have missed.
25. Netmediauk strongly advises pupils/companies to be consistent in their social media and blogging activities after the course, and this will make search engine exposure more effective.
26. On average three months of one blog/article per/week and exposing that blog on at least three social media sites will give the pupil's/company’s website a good position on search engines for their website domain name and /or a keyword/ key phrase of the clients business, and a decent following on social media
27. ( Good position on search engines is a minimum page 1-3 on Google and a decent following on social media is 100 plus 'likes' and followers)
28. Failure to be consistent will mean lack of exposure and Netmediauk can not and will not be responsible for the search engine position of any pupil/company.
29. All 'shared' (see point 13) training sessions, will begin at a mutually agreed time and Netmediauk and other clients can not and will not wait for late comers.
30. Netmediauk respects the right of all paying company’s to equal and fair degree of the trainer's time in the classroom, to help and deliver a reasonable amount of tutoring for all, and Netmediauk expects the same respect from clients in the classroom. Any attempt to disrupt will result in expulsion from the course and 50% of monies returned.
Ownership
31. It is important and a unique selling point of a Netmediauk course that the pupil buys their own domain and Hosting account on the day of training, therefore pupils/companies must bring a means to pay for at least one domain (average price $10) and a hosting account (average price $9 per/month) a debit/credit card is the preferred online payment method.
32. Thereafter the domain account and hosting account is the sole responsibility of the pupil/company and the hosting account must be paid for each month or the website is closed down by the operators.
33. By making this payment the pupil/company owns the domain and hosting 100%,
and Netmediauk will own nothing in the clients name.
Full blog site and blog writing service
34. Netmediauk Limited will purchase a dynamic domain, host and build a blog websitefor the client. At all times the domain and hosting account remains the property of Netmediauk Limited but all information on the website including all contact details will be the property of the client during the contract.
35. One blog will be written each month for the client and posted to both Netmedia's vast Social media and the clients social media.
36. Netmedia will help the client set up their social media for the blog website i.e. Facebook page Twitter account and Linkedin companies page.
37. The client must keep up monthly payments for the site and the blogs. If we do not receive payment 30 calendar days after the last payment we will give a further 30 days to pay the arrears and then if no payment is received the blog site and all contents will be sold to the next bidder.
38. There is an initial three month contract there-after any client may leave the contract by writing in thirty days before the end of the last payment. Again Netmedia will keep ownership of the domains intellectual property and site thereafter and reserve the right to change any information, links and contact details of the website.
39. Netmedia will supply the client with a full report from the hosting account about clicks, links, pages, bounce rate etc. each month.
Website links
40. Netmedia will give a full link back to the client on each of Netmedia's websites. The site links may not always appear on the front page and some sites will be on a separate page within the site entitled links.
Press releases
41. Netmedia will run a press release within one week of instruction and will provide statistics of the number of hits each month for up to one year upon request.
Payment
42. Netmediauk will accept a deposit of 20% of the course fees upon agreement of a course date(s) and either a cheque for the remainder one week before the course commences, or a bankers draft or cash on the day the course begins.
43. Invoices and receipts will be given upon request.
44. Non payment and cancellations will mean the course will not begin and all deposits will be non refundable.
45. Netmediauk like and other respectable UK based business accepts a 'handshake' as an agreement of terms!
Pricing
46) Netmediauk reserveres the right to change pricing at anytime giving any existing client three months notice of any changes.
47) In the case of a full blogging service prices are held for one year.
48) Statuatory rights are not affected.
